It was during the covid epidemic when I came across Leon (The milk  man) on social media. I had just discovered my love of Cheesemaking and had lots of questions. From the very beginning, even before meeting me, Leon graciously replied and answered my constant queries. In 2022, I was fortunate enough to attend the Cheesemaking course that Leon and Elaine were offering at the Stellenbosch university. I loved every minute of it and learnt so much. What I think I appreciate most of all is the constant support that I have received and continue to receive from him. It’s never too much trouble for Leon. And what I have learnt and continue to learn is invaluable on my journey of cheese making. Thank you so very much Leon.
