Leon the Milkman has a B.Sc in Food Science. He has worked in the Dairy Industry for 25 years as a laboratory analyst, cheese course presenter, dairy problem solver, culture sales and consultation, and has written books, courses, and for magazines.
He has talked about dairy and cheese on radio and TV. He has through his training helped to start up many businesses and is continuing to support many of them to this day.
